Added new subsection K requiring courts to allow remote reporting options and mandate that probation officers consider work schedules, family obligations, treatment programs, transportation, and medical needs when setting reporting requirements.

Added new subsections L through N establishing a courtesy transfer process allowing probationers to request transfers to another county with proof of employment, housing, or family caregiver obligations, requiring receiving departments to approve transfers within seven business days unless victim safety is at risk.

Modified subsection J to clarify that defendants meeting criteria in sections 13-901.01 or 13-3422 may be placed on probation under either section, with probation terms limited to those authorized by this section and not violating section 13-901.01.

Added provision preventing receiving counties from returning transferred probationers to original counties for violations or new offenses, except for revocation hearings or court orders.
