SB 1181 amends Arizona's first-degree murder statute to expand felony murder provisions. It makes causing death during specific violent crimes - such as kidnapping, burglary, robbery, or child abuse - automatically qualify as first-degree murder, regardless of the perpetrator's intent to kill (for the actual killer).
