Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 173, relating to occupational therapist licensure; relating to occupational therapy assistant licensure; and relating to an occupational therapist licensure compact.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 27 temporarily suspends specific legislative rules that normally require bills to have shorter titles. This action applies only to House Bill 173, which deals with licensing for occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in Alaska. The suspension allows the full, descriptive title of House Bill 173 to be used without violating standard formatting requirements. Once the underlying bill is enacted, these rules will be reinstated for future legislation.
