An Act relating to state tideland leases; relating to geoduck seed transfers; and relating to aquatic farming or related hatchery operation site leases.

This bill updates Alaska state laws to allow the leasing of tidelands and aquatic farming sites for specific purposes, including carbon management and commercial aquaculture. It prohibits leasing tidelands solely for carbon management while permitting leases for carbon management projects that include other compatible uses.
