Insurance Department, insurance fraud, statute of limitations increased, investigators of Department of Insurance Fraud Unit, power of arrest to include other state laws

This bill strengthens Alabama's insurance fraud enforcement by extending the time prosecutors have to file charges from two years to seven years after a violation is detected.
